I take a high-tech approach coupled with a personal touch in helping my clients sell or buy their properties. I utilize all possible tools available – a combination of internet marketing – single property websites, Multiple Listing Service (MLS), and e-mail marketing.
I combine this with low tech, personal touch techniques such as walking door to door in your neighborhood, introducing myself to your neighbors, sharing a flyer on your property listing, and suggesting that they can “pick their new neighbor” by helping me find an interested party.
I have been active in real estate for 30 + years. I am an experienced real estate investor, real estate broker, and property manager/landlord. My Wisconsin Real Estate Broker license is 54459. In addition I have earned the following certifications; Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS), and Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE).
